A wide range of topics was covered at the Peoria City Council candidate forum June 10.
The forum featured candidates from the only competitive council race this year - the Mesquite District, with candidates Matthew Bullock and Laura Page. The third candidate Tom Bottorf told Peoria Independent he would not participate but did not give a reason.
The forum was presented by the Peoria Independent and moderated by News Editor Philip Haldiman. The Peoria Chamber of Commerce and WeSERV organized the event, 9001 W. Union Hills Drive, #8.
