2 lots changed to allow frontage on 90th Place in Mesa

A new configuration for two lots can be created from one without street frontage and a second on adjacent property west of Ellsworth Road and north of Adobe Road, the Mesa Board of Adjustment decided recently.

A variance from the minimum required lot width at 840 N. 90th Place in a single residence zoning district was approved by the board in a consent agenda with other items May 5.

A rear parcel and one with street frontage are in the Desert Uplands subtype of low-density large lots, Mesa Planner Evan Balmer said during a study session prior to the meeting.
