Two top home sales in Peoria over the last week hit the $1 million mark.
All three of the top home sales in Peoria for the week of July 2-8 were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor.com.
The top home sale, 6767 W. Lucia Dr., sold for $ $1.353 million on July 7. The 5,140 square-foot home on a 0.44-acre lot has five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Andrew Robb with RE/MAX Fine Properties represented the seller and Cara Cantrell Homesmart represented the buyer.
