2 die after pickup truck crashes into wall in Apache Junction neighborhood

A pickup truck collided with a block wall Saturday morning in Apache Junction, killing the driver and passenger, police said.
The crash occurred just after 1 a.m. July 19 near Idaho Road and 16th Avenue. Officers found a the truck had hit a wall in the residential neighborhood, police said.
The man and woman inside the truck, who have not been identified, were taken to a hospital by Superstition Fire and Medical District personnel. They did not survive, police said.

The crash occurred just after 1 a.m. July 19 near Idaho Road and 16th Avenue. Officers found a the truck had hit a wall in the residential neighborhood, police said.
The man and woman inside the truck, who have not been identified, were taken to a hospital by Superstition Fire and Medical District personnel. They did not survive, police said.
Authorities ask anyone who witnessed the collision or have any information to contact the Apache Junction Police Department at 480-982-8260.
