2 charged after boy’s e-bike stolen at gunpoint in Gilbert

A  man and juvenile have been charged after, authorities said, they used a gun to steal an e-bike from a boy in Gilbert.

 Dyllin Keys, 18, and a 14-year-old boy stopped the victim - a 12-year-old, who was riding his e-bike - Feb. 6 near Greenfield and Elliot roads, east of Greenfield Junior High, according to a release from the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.

A grand jury indicted Keys on one count each of armed robbery, aggravated assault, aggravated robbery, misconduct involving weapons and liquor – unlawful acts.
