1.2M square feet industrial building planned in Mesa

To be Building C of The Cubes at Mesa Gateway

A 47-foot-tall, 1,200,340-square-feet industrial building is to be constructed south of Pecos Road on the east side of the Crismon Road alignment in Mesa.

Preliminary design for the 85.8-acre industrial development recently was discussed by the Mesa Design Review Board.

Parking spaces will be in front of the building, with truck docks and additional parking on the north and south sides, Staff Planner Cassidy Welch told the board during a Jan. 11 meeting.
