Nineteen people teamed up to buy Powerball tickets from a Phoenix Circle K, and they have shared $1 million in prize money, Arizona Lottery officials said.
The winning ticket was purchased for the April 6 drawing in the convenience store at 5150 W. Lower Buckeye Road.
The players split the winnings evenly, and each received $52,631.58 before taxes, according to the lottery.
Another $1 million winner was sold for the April 17 Powerball drawing at the QuikTrip, 8233 N. 7th St., Phoenix.
