14-story mixed use development earmarked for Old Town Scottsdale

Old Town Scottsdale is about to get 272 more living units in a 14-story building known as the City Center at Scottsdale.

Stockdale Capital Partners has filed plans with the city of Scottsdale for a new mixed-use development at 7201 E. Camelback Road, near the intersection of Scottsdale and Camelback roads.

In addition to the one-, two- and three- bedroom living units, the development will include 31,700-square feet of retail space on a 3.16-acre lot.
