14 bond projects completed in four years in Scottsdale

Pace of work has some on city council concerned

Nearly four years after the 2019 bond was passed by voters, less than a third of the projects have been completed.

That pace has two city council members not happy, though the rest are pleased with the progress.
Council member Barry Graham and Councilwoman Kathy Littlefield feel the city should be further along with working through the 58 projects listed on the $319 million bond.
