This Thanksgiving season, Waste Not is teaming with On The Road Meals, a local meal delivery service, to donate 1,000 ready-to-eat and nutritious meals to Arizonans in need.
In the spirit of giving, Waste Not and On The Road Meals are asking for the help of the Valley community to make this donation possible. A $5 donation can go toward helping eliminate hunger and provide a delicious Thanksgiving meal to those who otherwise may not have access to them.
The deadline to make a donation is Wednesday, Nov. 15.
The meals will be donated Monday, Nov. 20 and Tuesday, Nov. 21 to several nonprofit agencies across the Valley that support low-income families, homeless shelters, families with foster children, and many more.
On The Road Meals is a local meal preparation service that works to help Arizonans create a better life with healthy and balanced meals. With the help of community partnerships, Waste Not works to eliminate hunger and food waste in Arizona.
Since 1987, it has been creating sustainable food systems that help people and the planet flourish.
