One top home sale in Peoria over the last week eclipsed the $1 million mark.
The top three home sales in Peoria for the week of May 28-June 3 were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor.com.
The top home sale, 30892 N. 118th Lane, sold for $1.55 million on June 2. The 5,512 square-foot home on a 0.76-acre lot has five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Katrina Barrett with Local Board Real Estate represented the seller and Kimberly Devoe with Desert Fairways Realty represented the buyer.
