One top home sale in Peoria over the last week eclipsed the $1 million mark.
Two of the top three home sales in Peoria for the week of June 11-17 were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor.com. The other is located in the 85381 ZIP code.
The top home sale, 11323 W. Yearling Road, sold for $1.08 million on June 11. The 4,509 square-foot home on a 1.25-acre lot has five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Ben Arredondo with My Home Group represented the seller, and Dylan J. Phillips with eXp Realty in Arizona represented the buyer.
