One home sale in Peoria over the last week eclipsed the $1 million mark.

All three top home sales in Peoria for the week of July 30-Aug. 5 were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor.com.

The top home sale, 28827 N. 91st Ave., sold for $2.135 million on July 30. The 5,217 square-foot home on a 1-acre lot has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Amy Barnett with Realty ONE Group represented the buyer and seller.
