One home sale in Peoria over the last week eclipsed the $1 million mark.
All three top home sales in Peoria for the week of Aug. 13-19 were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor.com.
The top home sale, 7748 W. Pinnacle Peak Road, sold for $1.55 million on Aug. 17. The 4,679 square-foot home on a 1-acre lot has five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Amy Lefebvre with Arizona Best Real Estate represented the seller and Alex Wilkins Prestige Realty represented the buyer.
