The top three home sales in Peoria for the week of Feb. 22-28 were in the 85383 ZIP code, Peoria's luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor. com.

The top home sale, 8411 W. Sands Court, sold for $1.05 million on Feb. 23. The 4,553-square-foot home on a 0.47 acre lot has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

The scecond most expensive home, 12352 W. Tyler Trail, sold for $985,000 on Feb. 24. The 3,505-square-foot home on a 0.27 acre lot has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
