Queen Creek housing market slows in August

The Queen Creek housing market shows summer slowdown.

The number of homes coming onto the market in Queen Creek is dropping.

In August, new listings fell more than 27% compared with last year, while pending sales dropped 31.1% and closed sales declined 7.3%, said Sammy Glassman, board president of Phoenix Realtors, a local association for Valley Realtors.
