The grand opening and sales launch of Terraza, a new 59-acre planned community located at the southeast corner of Ocotillo and Ironwood Roads in San Tan Valley, is underway.
Terraza is being developed by Tri Pointe Homes, which has worked in the Valley under the name Maracay for more than 30 years.
Terraza has two neighborhoods, Lucent and Solstice, with each offering new floorplans and access to an array of community amenities.
“As Pinal County celebrates its 150th anniversary this year while enjoying the highest growth rate of any county in Arizona, it’s exciting to bring Terraza to life in a region so deeply rooted in history yet brimming with momentum,” Tri Pointe Homes Arizona’s Division President James Attwood stated in a press release. “We’re proud to contribute to the area’s ongoing growth by offering an exceptional collection of new homes thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of San Tan Valley’s thriving population.”
Upon completion, Terraza is anticipated to include 170 homesites across the Lucent and Solstice neighborhoods, with eight floorplans. Homes are expected to range from approximately 2,050 square feet to 3,900 square feet, including three to six bedrooms, 2.5 to four baths, and two to three bay garages. Both neighborhoods include single- and two-story homes with Spanish, desert and farmhouse exterior styles. Homes start in the high $400,000s.
Available floorplans at Terraza include the GenSmart Suite for multi-generational living, and ground-floor bedroom and bath options in all two-story plans.
Planned amenities include lakes, trails, a dog park and a 7-acre green space featuring a yoga lawn, event lawn and fire pit. Access to nearby destinations such as Queen Creek Marketplace and San Tan Mountain Regional Park are expected to provide additional opportunities for recreation and connection.
Terraza’s location in San Tan Valley will offer residents access to schools, retail, dining and major employers such as LG Energy Solution. With easy access to SR-24, the community is connected to Phoenix, Chandler and Gilbert.
