Final tenants lined up for new Queen Creek shopping center

Posted

McDonalds, Zaxby’s Restaurant and Better Buzz Coffee are the latest tenants set to open in phase 1 of the Vineyard Towne Center in Queen Creek.

Developer Vestar stated in a press release that these new tenants will occupy the remaining vacant outparcels of the center’s first phase.

“Over two phases, Vineyard Towne Center will deliver a mix of shops, services, and restaurants to the heart of Queen Creek in the 260,000-square-foot center,” according to the release.

Sprouts Farmers Market was the first tenant to open at Vineyard Towne Center in August. Since then, Pacific Dental Services, European Wax Center, Zara Nail Bar, Chunk Cookies, Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop, and Nekter Juice Bar have opened or are ready to open their doors.

Spring will bring another wave of retailers, including Keep It Cut Hair Salon, MOD Pizza, Over Easy, Academy Bank, Crown One Beauty Supply, Wingstop, Cafe Rio and Cinnaholic. Ono Hawaiian BBQ and Mountain America Credit Union are set to open in the fall.

“As we close out the initial phase of development, we are thrilled with the exceptional lineup of tenants that we will be welcoming to Vineyard Towne Center over the next 12 months,” stated Jeff Axtell, executive vice president of development for Vestar, in the release. “This milestone reinforces our dedication to bringing a premium shopping experience to the Queen Creek community.”

Vestar also announced that Phase 2 construction, including anchor tenant Target, will start this fall, with opening dates slated for late 2025. Additional Phase 2 tenant announcements will be made in the coming months.

Vineyard Towne Center is one of five new projects Vestar is developing in the valley. Queen Creek Crossing, Verrado Marketplace in Buckeye, Laveen Towne Center in Laveen and The Shops at Lake Pleasant in Peoria are also in various phases of construction and development.

Vestar is a privately held real estate company that specializes in the acquisition, management and development of retail centers.
