Residential design review for four parcels in the Taylor Morrison subdivision of Legado, north of the northwest corner of Sossaman and Ocotillo roads, was recently approved by the Queen Creek Planning and Zoning Commission.
“The proposed home designs complement surrounding neighborhoods both in character and in quality,” Steven Ester, Planner I, said in a memo to the commission.
The commission voted in a consent agenda to approve the following:

The home plans for consist of three elevation styles --- Ranch, Craftsman and Prairie --- which include different elements within their design and application, Michael Devereux, architectural manager for Taylor Morrison’s Phoenix division, said in a letter to the Town of Queen Creek.
Five new standard plans with a minimum of three elevations --- Ranch, Craftsman and Prairie --- each to be constructed on 60 lots at Parcel B.
Four new standard plans with a minimum of three elevations --- Spanish, Tuscan and Prairie --- each to be constructed on 74 lots at Parcel C.
Four new standard plans with a minimum of three elevations --- Spanish, Tuscan, California Mission and Prairie --- each to be constructed on 45 lots at Parcel D.
“All of us here at Taylor Morrison are very excited to begin yet another journey into Legado and look forward to a beautiful community in a beautiful part of Queen Creek,” Mr. Devereux said in the letter about Parcel A.
