Gilbert Warner development has new owner, name

Remington Nevada's Gilbert Warner development sold March 29 and is under a new name, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.

SITE Centers acquired the property, now known as the Shops at Gilbert Crossroads, for $8.46 million. There was no debt recorded with the sale.

The center has 14,647 square feet of retail space in two multitenant buildings.  The tenants include Black Rock Coffee Bar, Nekter Juice Bar, Discover Strength and Koibito Poke among others.
