Warehouse rental company WareSpace to open second Phoenix location

WareSpace offers warehouse space for rent on six- and 12-month leases.

WareSpace, a warehouse space rental company, is adding its second location in Phoenix.

The Phoenix Planning Commission approved a rezone on June 4 to allow for the business in a former call center building northeast of Interstate 17 and Paradise Lane. Phoenix City Council will still need to vote for final approval of the rezone.

The highlighted portion on this map is a call center that is planned to be converted into a WareSpace warehouse, pending approval from Phoenix City Council.
