The city of Phoenix is selling three parcels of city-owned land near Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to the Pilgrim Rest Foundation, part of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church.
The three 7,000-square-foot parcels were appraised for a total of $386,000 last April. Pilgrim Rest submitted an offer of $450,000, which was recommended for approval by the Economic Development and the Arts Subcommittee on Monday. It will go to city council for final approval.
The three green parcels on this map are each 7,000-square-foot parcels that the city of Phoenix plans to sell to Pilgrim Rest Foundation. The yellow parcels are already owned by Pilgrim Rest Foundation.
