Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport ranked third among the nation’s largest airports in a recent customer satisfaction study by JD Power.
“Really proud of the team and all of our business partners to help us continue to stay really high on the satisfaction ratings and surveys that happen,” Phoenix Aviation Director Chad Makovsky told the Phoenix Aviation Advisory Board on Thursday.
Phoenix Sky Harbor scored 642 out of a possible 1,000 points. The only two “mega” airports — 33 million or more annual passengers — that ranked higher were Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport in first with 684 points and Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport in second with 663 points.
