Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport ranked second in the country in airport enjoyability, according to a recent study.
The study, conducted by QR Code Generator, ranked 31 major U.S. airports. Criteria included overall Google review ratings, percent of five-star reviews on Google, FlightRadar24 passenger satisfaction scores, TripAdvisor reviews of dining and retail options and lost luggage frequency.
“We’re excited always to be in the top tier of airports when you get to these types of surveys,” Phoenix Aviation Director Chad Makovsky told the Phoenix Aviation Advisory Board on Thursday.
