The city of Phoenix is dedicating a ceremonial street sign to the founder and owner of the Martin Auto Museum.

Mel Martin is the founder of the Martin Auto Museum at the northwest corner of 43rd Avenue and Thunderbird Road.

“I’m proud that we can make his contributions a little bit more visible hear in Phoenix by literally putting his name on the map,” said Phoenix City Councilmember Ann O’Brien during Wednesday’s city council meeting.
