PHOENIX — It’s Friday, which means it’s time for more high school football.
Kicking things off in 6A this week, Pinnacle will travel to take on Queen Creek, while Brophy will also be on the road to face Mesa Mountain View. Saguaro will also be back in action this week after a two-week hiatus, taking on Mountain Ridge at home.
In 5A, Cactus Shadows will look to pick up its first win tonight against Camelback, while Notre Dame Prep will look to bounce back from last week’s loss when they face Gilbert. The reigning State Champs at Desert Mountain will look to stay undefeated with a game against Mountain Pointe, while Horizon will also look to continue rolling when they take on Sunnyslope.

On Thursday, Arcadia was able to run away with a 45-9 victory over Deer Valley in 4A, while Chaparral nearly came back against Canyon View in 5A, falling to the Jaguars 38-31.
