New Italian restaurant to open in downtown Phoenix on Friday

Hero, an Italian Restaurant from the Vivili Hospitality Group, will be open Oct. 30 in downtown Phoenix at 1030 N. 1st Street.

A Prescott-based hospitality group is set to open an Italian restaurant in downtown Phoenix on Friday.

Hero, from the Vivili Hospitality Group, is set to open at 1030 N. 1st Street, will open a 2,800 square-foot restaurant with a 2,500 square-foot patio to follow.

The restaurant is the first of three concepts that the group is opening near Roosevelt Row.
