A Michelin-recognized Indian restaurant will open this summer at Desert Ridge Marketplace, 21001 N. Tatum Blvd.

Chicago-based Nadu showcases diverse culinary regions of India with dishes that blend traditional Indian spices with locally sourced ingredients.

“We want to bring…our root, our ethnicity, our culture, our emotion…with our food,” said chef Pujan Sarkar. “So, this concept is very unique in terms of…regional Indian cuisine, the real India.”
