Man dies in West Valley shooting

A 38-year-old man died Monday morning after being shot near 83rd Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road, Phoenix police said.
Daniel Amos Kemp was found about 9 a.m. April 15 with at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a release.
Preliminary information indicates Kemp was in an argument with another person and was shot, detectives said.
Anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness at 480(WITNESS) or 480(TESTIGO) and provide an anonymous tip. Rewards will be paid for information leading to an arrest, police said.
