LevRose Commercial Real Estate completed an industrial lease for Ritz Safety in east Phoenix, according to a news release on Tuesday.
Ritz Safety, a leading national distributor of personal protective equipment (PPE), facility safety, and environmental safety solutions, is leasing 40,000 square feet of property at 3155 E. Rosier Road.
The new facility will allow the company to expand its operations and accommodate continued growth as it relocates from its current location in Tempe to the larger Phoenix property.
