A 2.28-acre development site in north Phoenix near the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. was sold for $4.125 million on Thursday according to a release.
Marcus & Millichap, a real estate brokerage firm, specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, facilitated the sale of the site that is located east of Interstate 17 and Sonoran Desert Drive.
Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer, Caliber, in the acquisition from Sonoran Desert Retail LLC, which plans to build a hotel on the site.
