The new film room has padded, embroidered seats and can hold up to 100 student athletes.

Horizon football is currenly 7-1 on the season and is ranked #2 in 5A. They’ll prepare to face off against Desert Mountain on Friday evening.

So grateful to see this finally come together. Thank you to everyone who made this happen. We can now seat over 100 student athletes and coaches in this room. @hzfbfamily @PVUSDATHLETICS @gridironarizona https://t.co/s43zxyD9J1

OPINION — I’ve been a Gilbert resident for 16 years, and I’ve watched our state government go from bad to really bad. Our legislature has been controlled by Republicans for the whole time I’ve lived here, and what do we have to show for it?

Feeling safe again can take time after domestic violence

Safety can change in a moment, but feeling safe again can take much longer. This is something I have come to understand through my work as a therapist in Arizona with individuals who have experienced domestic violence and other forms of trauma.

Pain at Valley pumps, profit at the refineries
