Three residents are alleging an Arizona Independent/No Labels party candidate running for Congressional District 8 filed invalid signatures in his nomination petition.
Stuart Thaler, Vicki Parrulli and Annarose Lilly filed a complaint with Arizona Superior Court April 6 alleging Arizona Independent/No Labels Party candidate Jessie Martines did not meet the minimum number of valid signatures required by law to be on the July 21 primary ballot.
Congressional District 8 includes north Phoenix and parts of Peoria, Glendale, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, Anthem, and New River.
