Glendale resident and entrepreneur Mike DiFabbio’s company, Encore Landscape Management, was named one of only 26 companies in the nation as best places to work by Lawn & Landscape Magazine earliest this summer.

Phoenix-based Encore Landscape Management offers a number of services, including landscape maintenance, design, installation, tree care, water management and plant health care services. The company was also named one of the best places to work in 2022 and 2024.

The second part of the survey process consisted of an employee survey that measured the employees’ experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation.

Encore Landscape Management was recognized in the June edition of Lawn & Landscape where the rankings will be revealed for the first time.
