In 6A, Brophy will travel to Boulder Creek looking for its first win, while Pinnacle will host Mesa Mountain View in hopes of advancing to 2-0 on the season.
In 5A, many eyes will be on Chaparral as they host 4A Tempe in a replacement game after Saguaro had to cancel. The reigning 5A state champs at Desert Mountain will be looking to avenge last year’s loss to Arizona College Prep on home turf, while Notre Dame Prep will host Sunnyslope as they look to remain undefeated. Cactus Shadows will travel to ALA-Gilert North looking to pick up its first win of the season, and Horizon travels to Apollo in hopes of moving on to 2-0.
