Roadwork on Stanford Road begins Monday, March 18

The Town of Paradise Valley’s pavement preservation project will move on to Stanford Road starting Monday, March 18.

The two-phase process will start with crack sealing operations followed by an application of surface seal, according to the Town Manager’s Weekly Update. Work at Stanford Road is estimated for completion on Saturday, March 30 with temporary striping. Inclement weather may cause delays to the construction schedule.

Traffic delays should be expected when flagman setups will restrict travel down to one lane, the newsletter stated. Be prepared to stop and use extra caution in construction zones. Delays will occur at residential driveways adjacent to Stanford Road when surface seal product is applied.

Town representatives will be onsite throughout the entirety of the project to ensure residents can inquire about access to property or scheduling questions. If you have questions, please call the MR Tanner onsite project manager Josh Lansford at 480-486-9067.
