Expect traffic delays

The Town of Paradise Valley’s pavement preservation project starts Monday, March 11 on Quail Run Road south of McDonald Drive.

MR Tanner Construction, the town’s contractor, anticipates completing crack seal, Polymer Modified Master Seal, and striping from McDonald to the west end of Montebello Avenue south of Kiva Elementary, before Kiva returns from spring break March 18, according to the Town Manager’s Weekly Update.

Residents should expect to see cones, barricades and surface sealing applications throughout this stretch of roadway, which may delay traffic or entry into individual residential properties. Town representatives will be onsite throughout the entirety of the project to ensure residents can inquire about access to property or scheduling.

Brief delays may occur when the surface seal crews are directly in front of driveways, but access will always be maintained. If you have questions, call the MR Tanner onsite project manager Josh Lansford at 480-486-9067. Inclement weather may delay the scheduled work.
