Realtors project positive luxury home market in Paradise Valley this fall

Slow summers tend to gain momentum around October

There’s no question that the summertime for the luxury home market in Paradise Valley delivers a lull in activity.

But that doesn’t mean the Realors to the rich and famous aren’t working — or selling — nor does it mean they aren’t projecting things to pick up once the mercury drops.

Realtor Josh Peters of Stately Living says the first wave of residents typically exit their second and third homes in late April or early May as temperatures rise, with the second wave of seasonality really setting in once school is out.
