Two four-lot subdivisions with eight luxury homes on one-acre lots will be developed on North Quail Run Road by Gordon Berry with TUNA Group from Scottsdale.

Paradise Valley Town Council has approved the project on North Quail Run Road for two preliminary plats of four-lot subdivisions.

Gordon Berry with TUNA Group from Scottsdale will develop eight luxury homes on one-acre lots, a new public road and improvement of North Quail Run Road.

Town Council unanimously approved the Quail Run project.
