While Epic Productions’ recruiting services for Paradise Valley Police Department is implemented gradually, the agency will soon be fully staffed.
In the last year and a half, PVPD has hired 12 professional staff members and three more are currently going through background checks. When they are officially hired, all 35 sworn and non-sworn police personnel positions at PVPD will be fully staffed for the first time in over a decade, according to background investigator and recruiter Kevin Albert.
Compared to the year before, when only two were hired, the department has made great strides.
