Paradise Valley has launched an artificial intelligence-powered website designed to help residents find information, understand town codes and navigate permits, forms and other town services.
James Bailey, chief information officer for the town’s Information Technology department, presented the new tool, askpv.ai, during the Sept. 24 Town Council meeting.
The website operates as a closed system, meaning it pulls information only from the town’s own website and data dating back to Paradise Valley’s incorporation in 1961, Bailey said.
