Paradise Valley home market defies broader slowdown

Paradise Valley recorded a 13% year-over-year increase in average home prices, making it the only community in the state to post significant price growth, according to the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.

The ARMLS is the database used by licensed real estate professionals to list and track homes for sale across Arizona.
