Beth McRae built one of the Valley’s most enduring PR firms by following a simple philosophy: trust your team and lead with mentorship.

Now celebrating 30 years in business, McRae says mentorship has been central to her journey, in part because she had great mentors who guided her.

While she never planned to go into public relations, McRae said her parents encouraged her to channel her gregarious personality and creativity into a business setting.
