Kindergarteners hatch chicks

Kindergarten students at Madison Rose Lane Elementary School finished their science unit this spring learning about the life cycle of chickens.

Students observed the incubation process of the chickens for three weeks, eagerly awaiting for them to hatch and eventually welcoming them into their classroom, according to a social media post by Madison Elementary School District. Throughout the weeks, students observed and logged their findings in their chicken log. See a video of students with the chickens at https://www.facebook.com/reel/1630166357814052.
