Scottsdale-based real estate brokerage and development firm Diversified Partners is breaking ground on the Lakefront at Scottsdale 9:30-11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, at 7501 E. McCormick Parkway in Scottsdale.
An approximately 100,000-square-foot mixed-use redevelopment, the Lakefront is designed to transform a Scottsdale waterfront property into a destination for dining, curated retail, office space and gathering areas, according to a press release.
With views of the lake and Camelback Mountain, the project is designed around walkability, waterfront activation and an elevated visitor experience.
