Central Arizona Project to join Nevada's lawsuit over Colorado River water rights

Arizona Department of Water Resources joined earlier this month

The Arizona Department of Water Resources did the same on Oct. 16.

In a news release, the agency that brings Colorado River water to the Phoenix and Tucson areas, stated CAP must have a seat at the table to ensure its unique interests in the Colorado River are defended and that any resolution of that case contemplates CAP’s concerns.
