Schulmann Davis Cody was arrested March 18 on the 3200 block of East San Miguel Place for burglary and resisting arrest. Paradise Valley Police Department utilized drones in locating the arrestee who attempted to flee. This incident is not related to the series of burglaries by the South American Theft Groups.
At approximately, 11:37 a.m., Cody was inside the home eating the owner’s food, according to a CrimeWatch police report. When spotted by the homeowner, the arrestee fled. Police arrived and searched the area, discovering him hiding in the wash behind a large bush. He attempted to flee again, but police were able to apprehend him.
