AVE Paradise Valley, luxury and furnished apartments, will be built in the fall 2024.
This new, state-of-the-art, residential mid-rise community features luxury studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for rent stays of 30 days or longer, according to an announcement.
Open apartment floor plans have home-like, premium features including dine-in islands, extensive built-ins, rainfall, walk-in showers, double vanities, oversized closets, and spacious balconies.
Community amenities include resident lounges, a 24/7, double-height fitness center, high-speed Wi-Fi and flex workspaces, a resort-style courtyard with pool and daybeds, multiple outdoor courtyards with grilling and dining areas, on-site retail with Whole Foods, adjacent three-acre park and high-touch resident service team on site seven days a week.
