An alternative compliance request has been made to allow more that 50% of one material on a single elevation

An Angie’s Prime Grill with a drive-thru is planned east of the southeast corner of South Crismon Road and East Southern Avenue in Mesa.

The project’s look and landscaping were discussed during the Jan. 13 meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board. Board member Denise Dunlop was absent.

Cross access is to be provided from properties to the east and west, Staff Planner Chloe Durfee Daniel said during a Jan. 13 meeting.
