Voters in the Dysart Unified School District will get another chance to vote on a capital funding program in the November election.
The district’s governing board last month voted to place Proposition 421 on the Nov. 3 ballot
If approved by the voters, the measure would fund a series of priority projects across Dysart schools. The proposition represents an estimated $71.4 million capital funding program focused on maintaining safe, functional learning environments and supporting continued growth in the growing district.
The estimated average annual tax rate for the proposed bond authorization is projected to be approximately $0.17 cents per $100 of net assessed valuation for secondary property tax purposes.
Additional information about Proposition 421 will be made available to the community in the coming months.
